Hi peeps,
This week's Monday yoga sessions will be in building 104 room 101.
Price is $5 for non-members and free for members. There has been a bit of an issue with the voucher members, so if you can't get your member ticket don't worry and feel free to come along anyway. If you have any questions feel free to message.
Just a reminder that yoga isn't a cure for anything and you should be sure that you are fit and able to participate before turning up. If you have any personal concerns consult your doctor.
Be sure to bring your own mat, water and some clothes you can move in.
Please try and arrive 5 min early so we can start on time.
