Thursday Yoga

This week's Thursday session will be in room 104:101 at 11am.

Members are welcome to bring a friend.

Please ensure you are physically fit and healthy enough to participate. If you have any health concerns please consult your doctor.

Don't forget your mat, some water and try and arrive at least 5 min early so we can start on time.
